Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands, and activities, etc.
• Assist with bathing, meal prep, feeding, etc.
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with clients and families for the best care options
• Medication Reminders
• Alzheimer’s care
• Maintain patience, attentiveness, and a friendly and polite demeanor

Qualifications:

• Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to work with clients receiving Hospice care and/or end-of-life care
• Must possess a compassionate and caring demeanor
• Must be reliable, professional, and passionate about helping those in need
• Ability to build a trustworthy rapport with clients
• Complete background check
• Possess a valid driver’s license, social security card, and valid auto insurance.
• Undergo DMV check and drug screen
• Experienced individuals only

• We need Part-time and Full-time

License and Work Authorization

• Driver’s License (Required)
• Must have authorization to work in the US (I-9 Status Required)
• Must be a California Registered Home Care Aid
